The club is very easily accessed via Junction 12 off the M42, the course entrance is to be found on your left as you approach the historic market town of Ashby de la Zouch. From the 1st tee shot, where accuracy is paramount hitting the ball through an historic avenue of lime trees, to the long and challenging 18th with its demanding drive followed by the green nestled within the backdrop of the clubhouse, a round of golf at Willesley Park will test your golfing skill but removes you from the day to day pressures in a haven of natural beauty. Our course is set in the heart of the National Forest, with stunning views of the Leicestershire countryside. WPGC is a heath and park land course which was first opened in 1920 and later re-modelled by James Braid, retaining many of the key landscape features and natural terrain.
